Are you interested in finding out more about your GP Practice?
Would you like to influence the development of local health services?
Would you be happy to be contacted via email to give us your views?
Would you like to attend our quarterly PPG meetings?
We anticipate making contact with you no more than 5 times a year
Discussion topics could include:
- services we provide and any proposed changes
- setting our priorities for the future
- helping agree questions for surveys of all patients
