New Patients

Patients that would like to register at the surgery will need to provide proof of identification in the form of either a birth certificate, driving licence or a passport.

Registered patients are registered with the practice and not a specific GP. However, for continuity of care and even spread of workload the surgery allocates the patient to a GP.

All patients will be provided with a NHS Summary Care Record information pack which includes details on how to opt out of the register

All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
