Online programme to help with stress, sleep and resilience
Now available free; access to the online programme SilverCloud for support with stress, sleep and building resilience for yourself, as well as programmes to help you support an anxious child or teen.
SilverCloud is an evidence based programme that helps you understand these issues and work through ways of improving things.
To sign up and access the resources, visit the DPT SilverCloud website. You can then access the programmes at times that suit you and complete them at your own pace. You can do this on a computer or you can download the app for Android or Apple and use it on your phone.
